Pallas proceeds with foreign students’ applications for autumn 2021 as usual.

Depending on the general COVID-19 related situation in the world and the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Estonia, there may be restrictions on arrival to Estonia, obtaining a visa and residence permit.

Secondary education (vocational secondary education is also acceptable) is a prerequisite for applying to Pallas University of Applied Sciences. Graduates of non-Estonian-language secondary schools must submit a state examination certificate in Estonian as a second language or a certificate of proficiency in Estonian (B1). Students are admitted according to the ranking of the entrance exams’ results. It is possible to apply in two curricula. The official language of tuition at Pallas UAS is Estonian.
