On March 6, the Golden Egg (Kuldmuna) 2026 awards ceremony took place at the Creative Hub (Kultuurikatel) in Tallinn, where the creative agency Optimist Creative won a Gold Egg award in the design and craftsmanship subcategory “Animation” for the animation created for Pallas’s 2025 admission campaign. The campaign’s art director and animator was Heigo Heinleht, an alumnus of the Department of Media Design at Pallas, and the project lead was Maicken Raska.
A total of 1,030 works were submitted to Estonia’s largest creativity festival, which was held for the 28th time and recognises the most outstanding marketing and advertising works of the past year. From these entries, the jury selected the best works. As part of the festival, Gold, Silver and Bronze Egg awards are presented in four main categories: marketing communications, PR campaigns, design and craftsmanship, and event marketing.
The Golden Egg is the biggest creativity festival in Estonia that acknowledges the work of the most creative agencies and clients. The Golden Egg was launched in the 1990s when the Estonian Association of Advertising Agencies wanted to highlight talented creatives and people whose aim was to break down barriers in the local advertising and marketing world. The Golden Egg, now in the hands of Estonian Marketing Association (TULI), is thus the oldest and most prestigious advertising competition in Estonia, with awards that carry real weight in the eyes of the public, clients and competitors alike.
